Construction Update
May 20th 2021
We are delighted to share with you another construction update along with progress shots from our civil construction team.
Sewer and drainage works as well as water and gas reticulation have now been completed.
Now and in the coming week's works are on schedule as follows:
- Paving has commenced and is expected to be completed in a few weeks.
- Kerb and channel are expected to be installed in the coming weeks.
- Electrical and NBN construction is due to commence in June.
With everything progressing as planned, we are still on track for completion of Stages one and two in the third quarter of 2022.
Council approvals are nearing finalisation and we expect to commence works on Stages 3 & 4 as soon as approvals have been received.

February Update
We have broken ground

We’ve made great progress on your community and having received approvals on pre-commencement documentation, Winslow has officially commenced a majority of the earthworks on stages 1 & 2. The site has been cleared of all trees and prepared for a busy few months ahead.
Following earthworks, we expect sewer works to begin early to mid-February and in the coming months, we will provide more news on construction progress.
With a promising and productive year planned, we anticipate titles for Stages 1 and 2 in the 3rd quarter of 2022 and titles for Stages 3 and 4 in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
This year will be a big year and we can’t wait to continue sharing more footage, milestones and updates on your block of land at Evans on Vine

Despite the current situation with lockdown and civil construction restrictions, pre-site preparations are progressing well, bringing you nearer to your dream home in your brand new community!
After reviewing a short list, we are thrilled to confirm we have awarded a civil contractor who we will announce shortly.
The council have requested amendments on the engineering detail plans which have now been finalised and submitted by our consultants to satisfy their requirements. We anticipate final sign off from council in the coming few weeks.
Subject to council approval we expect to commence civil work construction for stages one and two late October 2021.
Ongoing impacts on lockdown and authority approvals will be closely monitored over the coming weeks. We will confirm at our earliest if we have any changes to civil construction commencement.

Engineering plans for stages 1 to 4 have been submitted to Council for review. Council together with our consultants are looking to approve documentation for stages 1 and 2 in preparation to start in the next few months. Stages 3 and 4 to follow soon after.
Our consultants are currently putting g together the Tender package with the aim of appointing a contractor to complete the works over the next 6 to 8 weeks. Once plans are approved by Council, we will be ready to commence the construction works.
Our current anticipation for civil works to commence at this stage will be mid early August 2021.
